If you already have a BetPack account you can use it to play poker. Simply launch the Poker Room and login with your current username and password. You can then transfer funds from your sportsbook account to purchase chips.
You first select your stake which will also be your initial ante. The computer will match your ante and the pot will thus start at twice your initial stake.
Then two cards are dealt to both you and the house. Your two cards are face up, and the computer's are face down, but the computer never "sees" your cards and forms its decisions based on its own hand only.
